Prepared 23 October 2026
Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they rely on. This statement explains what we have done so far, what we know still needs work, and how to tell us if something gets in your way.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We are a small company, and we have not had the site independently audited, so we do not claim that it fully meets that standard. We do treat any accessibility problem you report as something to fix.
What we have done
- Keyboard navigation: you can move around the site with a keyboard. There is a "Skip to content" option at the top of every page, and links and buttons show a clear outline when they have focus.
- Text alternatives: images that carry meaning have alt text. Purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Colour contrast: we chose text and background colours to be easy to read.
- Reduced motion: if your device is set to reduce motion, the short animated clips do not play.
- Captions and transcripts: our films will come with a full transcript when they are published.
- Automated testing: on the pages we tested (home, the ROI calculator and contact), Google Lighthouse gave an accessibility score of 100 out of 100, on both desktop and mobile settings, on 23 October 2026. Automated tools only catch some problems, so a good score does not mean there are no barriers.
Known limitations
- The customer interview video does not yet have captions or a transcript.
- The short looping animations of James and Pepper start on their own and have no pause button. They are silent, they stop when you scroll past them, and they do not play at all if your device is set to reduce motion.
- The Bee, our website assistant, is new. We have not yet tested it fully with screen readers, so some parts of the chat may not be announced as clearly as they should be.
- Booking a call uses an appointment page run by Google rather than by us.
If any of these stops you doing something, please contact us and we will help another way, for example by phone or email.
Reporting a problem
If you find something on this site hard to use, or you need information in a different format, please tell us:
- through our contact page
- by phone on 01621 488 007
- by email at [email protected]
Please tell us the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within 5 working days.
